Custom Home Building

FAQ

ANSWER
We are software-driven and focused on creating a single source of building information with our digitization process. Before any lumber is cut, we have an accurate rendering of the home that will be built.

While previous off-site construction companies attempted to vertically integrate too much, too rapidly, Agorus has grown at a deliberate pace. We are focused on refining our process, addressing builders’ pain points, and building a nationally scalable off-site construction solution.

With our process, not only is less labor required, but existing labor is more efficient. This is a key benefit to prefabricated home manufacturing.  About a dozen production line operators can frame a home off-site and a crew of 2-4 can install it.  We are working to partner with various framing companies to install our products.

Digital Twin Design and VR model walkthroughs enable us to see an exact digital rendering of the home that will be built. This makes it possible to address any discrepancies before the plans are sent to the factory.  VR is both a builder’s work tool and a tool to enhance the consumer’s home buying experience.
